Gitalis Real Estate is a Toronto commercial real estate brokerage founded in 1974 by Abe Gitalis. We pioneered the leasing and sales of renovated brick and beam factory buildings on the edge of the financial core into character-rich spaces that move creative, market-savvy companies.

Most of our 127 active listings are in Liberty Village, primarily the Light Factory, with additional space in King West, Parkdale, the Entertainment District and 24+ neighbourhoods across the GTA.
