Zev Gitalis thrives on innovative thinking and creative problem-solving. His real estate career began at Gitalis Real Estate, a firm founded by his father, Abe Gitalis, in 1974. Zev joined the company in 1998, became a partner in 2010, and today serves as its sole owner and Broker of Record.

 

Over the years, Zev has played an instrumental role in shaping Toronto’s King West community, most notably through the redevelopment of The Light Factory, a landmark creative office building that reflects his forward-thinking approach to urban revitalization.
