The Fashion District forms part of downtown Toronto’s west side around the King–Spadina area. Its garment-industry roots are reflected in a lively mix of creative businesses, offices, restaurants and residential streets, with a walkable setting and a wide choice of nearby amenities.
Streetcar corridors along King, Queen and Spadina connect the area with the subway and other downtown destinations. The Gardiner Expressway is south of the neighbourhood, reached through local streets. Paid parking lots, garages and metered street spaces serve the area, but one-way streets and peak-hour restrictions make it worth checking the route before driving.
